A campaign to plant 30,000 trees in Israel in honor of Jose Marti’s 100th birthday which is being observed this year, has been in-angulated here. Patrons of the campaign are Major General Enrique Loinaz de Castillo, veteran fighter for Cuba’s independence, and Israel Consul S.M. Kaplan.
