Messages from many parts of the world were received by the meeting of the Jewish Cultural Autonomous Council which was opened here yesterday. Seventythree per cent of the Jewish population in the Republic of Esthonia participated in the elections to the Council, which is the only Jewish cultural autonomous council in the world.
