The Republic of Panama and Israel signed a cultural exchange agreement here today. Under the pact, both governments pledged themselves to intensify and facilitate exchanges of scientific information and personnel, teachers, artistic productions, films and records.
The pact, in Hebrew and Spanish, was signed at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Dr. Gali leo Solis, Foreign Relations Minister of Panama, signed for his government, while the Israeli signature was affixed by Israel’s Ambassador here, Joshua N. Shai.
