The Austrian draft law on heirless property and pensions for Nazi victims, which has been criticized by Jewish groups, will not come up during the present session of parliament in Vienna, it was reported today by Dr. F.R. Bienenfeld, head of the legal department of the World Jewish Congress, upon his arrival from Austria. Dr. Bienenfeld said he was assured of this by Austrian Chancellor Leopold Figl and other high officials in Vienna.
