A delegation curtailed by Polish refusal to provide the required number of visas left Israel today for Warsaw to attend the observance Sunday of the 20th anniversary of the Warsaw Ghetto Uprising against the Nazis.
Gideon Hausner, the prosecutor of Adolf Eichmann, and representative of the Yad Vashem, heads the delegation. The Yad Vashem is the official organization for the documentation in Israel of the Nazi holocaust. Despite the fact that two members of the Israel-Poland Friendship League failed to receive visas, it was decided to send a delegation after some consideration of the idea of canceling the visit.
