The order of the British administration in Cyprus, prohibiting Jews to buy land there unless by special permission of the British authorities, was withdrawn this week. it was announced here today.
At the same time it was learned here that a number of rich Jews have just bought in Larnaca, Cyprus, large stretches of land for the purpose of erecting a large factory and 150 houses for workers.

Another group of Jews this week acquired in Cyprus large tracts of land to be {SPAN}culti#ted{/SPAN} as orange plantations. The land is located between {SPAN}#arnaca{/SPAN} and {SPAN}#amagusta{/SPAN}.
