Official circles here today denied reports circulating at Lake Success that Foreign Minister Jan Masaryk may be named chairman of the fact-finding committee which is to be established by the U.N. General Assembly to investigate the Palestine situation. They said that it is unlikely that Masaryk ?ill attend the special session on Palestine.
