The current issue of Vestnik, a Jewish weekly published in Prague, which has just been received here, informs Czech Jews that they are required to make up working time which they take off to observe Jewish religious holidays. The publication also says that district secretaries for religious affairs will support Jewish workers in negotiating with employers for making up time by working additional shifts or Sundays or for deducting the time from their vacations.
