Two resolutions seeking to regulate the status of Jewish religious communities have been adopted by the lower chamber of the Czechoslovakian Parliament.

The first of the two resolutions submitted by Deputy Angelo Goldstein calls upon the Government to introduce democratic elections for all Jewish religious communities and institutions in the country. The second calls upon the Government to effect a union of all Jewish religious communities in this city, in accordance with a law passed in 1920.
