Czech President Vaclav Havel said he was “deeply troubled” after his prime minister compared Yasser Arafat’s Palestinian Authority to Hitler’s Third Reich. Speaking after Prime Minister Milos Zeman made the comparison during a state visit to Israel, Havel said Tuesday it was unacceptable to take out of context “different historical experiences.”
