Marek Morsel, a Czech Jewish exporter, who arrived here Wednesday on the Italian liner Vulcania after he had been barred from Portugal despite possession of a visa for that country, has been detained at Ellis Island pending disposition of his case. Czech authorities in the United States had intervened in his behalf.
