The liberal Czech writer, Ladislov Mnacko who has ended his 10-month self-imposed exile in Israel and returned to Prague where, he said, he will try to foster improved relations between Czechoslovakia and Israel. Mr. Mnacko left his native country following last June’s Arab-Israel war when the Prague regime severed diplomatic relations with Israel. He has cabled friends here that he will return to Israel soon for a visit but that he will remain in Czechoslovakia because it is his home.
