The Czechoslovak parliament today received an amendment to the national restitution law which provides for several significant changes in the process of restoring confiscated and stolen industrial holdings.
Most important is a provision which would limit the return in kind of confiscated industrial property to applicants who apply within three months after passage of the measure. Applicants who life later and whose claim is validated will be compensated in government bonds rather than in kind or in ash. Agricultural property in lots classified as small forms would be exampled from restitution, under the amendment.
