Documentary material concerning State Secretary Hans Globke’s activities in Czechoslovakia, during the Nazi occupation, were handed over to the Bonn prosecution office today by Czech legal authorities. The prosecution office announced that it would review the material carefully, although “evidence in recent years from Communist countries has been used for propaganda purposes. Dr. Globke is the principal aide to Chancellor Konrad Adenauer.

Dr. Globke has been under fire for years by opposition party leaders and officials in Communist countries for his part in writing the legal commentary to the Nuremberg race laws. However, he was cleared of these charges by a parliamentary inquiry committee here.
