The Danzig Supreme Court, hearing complaints in connection with the April 7 Senate elections, ruled illegal the reprisals by the Nazis against opposition candidates and annulled ten per cent of the Nazi votes in the suburbs and three per cent of the votes in the city proper. As a result, two Nazi mandates were handed over to the Socialists and the Centrists
The Senate now includes 41 Nazis and 39 opposition members.
