Samuel H. Daroff, prominent Philadelphia industrialist and philanthropic leader, has agreed to serve for a second successive term as chairman of the National Campaign Cabinet of the United Jewish Appeal, it was announced today by Edward M. M. Warburg, general chairman of the UJA. Mr. Daroff will assume his post as the Appeal opens its nationwide drive Februeary 19-21 at a National Inaugural Conference in Miami Beach, Fla.
