The arrival in Lisbon of David Hays Sulzberger of New York, prominent philanthropic leader, who is en route to London where he will confer with British governmental and private officials concerned with the refugee problem, was announced today by Joseph C. Hyman, executive vice-chairman of the Joint Distribution Committee, During his stay in London, Mr. Sulzberger, who will represent the J.D.C. there, will discuss many aspects of the present and post-war refugee situation.
