David Korman, a former Mayor of the northern Ontario town of Englehart, died here this weekend at the age of 84. Born in Russia, he came to Canada in 1902, and was first elected Mayor of Englehart in 1922. After serving for a number of years as councilor, he was again mayor of the town from 1950 to 1952. His son, Daniel, is the present Mayor of Englehart.
