D’avigdor Goldsmid Elected President of Board of Jewish Deputies in England

Osmond Elim d’Avigdor-Goldsmid was elected president of the Board of Jewish Deputies, the Union of Jewish congregations in Great Britain, at the monthly meeting of the Board held here Sunday.

Mr. d’Avigdor Goldsmid, the nephew of Lord Rothschild, was president of the Anglo-Jewish Association. He succeeds the late Henry S. W. Henriques.
