Defense Minister Moshe Dayan will meet with top United States officials in Washington early next month during a visit to this country for the Israel Bond Drive. Among the officials he will meet during his trip, which was originally scheduled for last month and then postponed, are Secretary of Defense Melvin Laird, Secretary of State William P. Rogers and Assistant Secretary of State Joseph Sisco.
