Changes which have been made in the city relief program during the past year, as well as conditions throughout the country as they refer to Jewish families, will be discussed at the annual dinner and meeting of the Jewish Federation for Social service here on Sunday evening, February 11, in the Temple Israel community house.
Dr. Philip Seaman, executive director of the Jewish People’s Institute of Chicago, will be the guest speaker, while Sam Thal, Dayton, who recently attended the National Council of Jewish Feberation and Welfare Funds conference in Chicago, will tell of the work of that organization, Raymond Adler, chairman of the Family Case committee here, will deal with the changes in relief program in this city.
