The board of directors of the Deborah Jewish Consumptive Relief Society decided to institute proceedings in the Supreme Court of this State, for a review of the decision reached last week by the State Board of Hou’th denying the application for a new sanitarium at Hopatcong Borough.
This was announced today by City Tax Commissioner Louis A. Fast who together with Philip T. Schotland and Milton M. Unger. both of this city, was selected to represent the society’s interests in the court proceedings. Mr. Unger is one of the donors of the hospital site.
