Taft and Alexander Wiley chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee, and Governor Dewey.
Meanwhile, it was reported here over the week-end that the transportation of the 205,000 DP’s to the U.S. under the terms of the present legislation will be facilitated by a fleet of 25 U.S. vessels which have been assigned to bring refugee immigrants to this country.
