Declaring the need of a common ideal as the basis of world peace, Rabbi Alexander Lyons of Brooklyn, who spoke here at the third session of the Interantional Relations Conference which is sponsored by Elmira College, brought forth a plea for better human, moral and spiritual relationship. The subject of his talk was, “The Next Conquest of Civilization.” Rabbi Henry P. Silverman, of Temple B’Nai Israel of Elmira presided as chairman of the session.
