Two buildings of the Ex-Patients’ Tubercular Home were dedicated here. The Central Pavilion for Women was named in honor of the East New York and Brownsville Ladies’ Auxiliary, and the new Robinson Memorial Building, which houses the synagogue, recreation rooms and auditorium, was formally opened.
Funds for the construction of the Robinson building were provided by Charles Robinson, of Waco, Texas, in memory of his parents and sister.
