Delegations representing the World Jewish Congress and the World Congress against Racialism and Anti-Semitism urged Foreign Minister Yvon Delbos to seek adoption of “urgency procedure” by the League of Nations Council for their petitions and ask intervention in behalf of the Rumanian Jews and other minorities. He promised to give the question serious consideration.
