Delta Air Lines is considering resuming its New York-Tel Aviv flights. The third-biggest U.S. carrier said Wednesday that it is “strongly” weighing the creation of a new service between John F. Kennedy and Ben-Gurion airports, a line that was discontinued after the Sept. 11, 2001 terrorist attacks.
