A demand that Polish art be freed of any Jewish influence, however slight, has been directed to the Ministry of Education by M. Skotnitzki, Director of the Government Art Department. Skotnitzki’s demands include the exclusion from office in the Art Department of anyone who is even a descendent of a Jew, whether or not his forefathers have been baptized.
Coincident with this incident, it is announced that the Jewish Art Society of Warsaw has determined upon the construction of a Jewish Palace for Art and Culture.
