Democratic presidential candidate Bill Bradley indicated indicated his administration would be a friend to Israel and support Jewish causes. In a speech Monday night in New York at a dinner hosted by the Orthodox Union, Bradley praised Sen. Daniel Patrick Moynihan (D-N.Y.) for supporting moving the U.S. Embassy from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem.
