Denver Gets Law Extending F. E. P. C. Jurisdiction to Private Industry

Governor S. L. R. McNichols has signed Colorado’s new Fair Employment Practices Act, which was enacted by the State Legislature during the current session. The measure extends the authority of the State’s Anti-Discrimination Commission over all private employers who have six or more employees, as well as over employment agencies and labor organizations.
