Deputy Israeli Premier Moshe Katzav said the entire Cabinet would reject an American proposal for Israel to make a further withdrawal from 13 percent of the West Bank to advance the peace process. Katzav, who also serves as tourism minister, made the comment after Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu told the Cabinet on Sunday that Israel would continue to press the Palestinian Authority to live up to its commitments in already-signed accords.
