Deputy M. Ebner, representing the Jewish population of Czernowitz, has informed the speaker of the Roumanian parliament that in view of the agitation started by Roumanian anti-Semites that he instigated the demonstration of Jewish students in Czernowitz, protesting against the unfair examinations, he is ready to resign from his seat and will submit to trial before court.

An interpellation concerning the Falik case was also introduced by the Jewish Senator Kluger. No reply was given by the government to this interpellation.
