Police announced here today that they had broken up a teenage hate club modeled after the Ku Klux Klan and aimed against Jews and Negroes. Seven of the boys, the police said, were charged with 29 crimes including arson, armed robbery, burglary and malicious destruction of property. The gang, headed by a 15-year-old ringleader who called himself the Imperial Wizard, includes three 13-year-olds and three 14-year-olds.
