Leaders of the Associated Jewish Philanthropies campaign were guests at the meeting, which was presided over by Ben G. Shapiro, president of the Brotherhood. Dr. Ben M. Selekman, executive director of the Associated, spoke of the annual fund raising effort to be launched next month. Rabbi Samuel J. Abrams outlined the historical development of Jewish charity through the ages.
