Congressman Samuel Dickstein will leave Sunday for Washington to participate in what may be the final sessions of the Congressional committee to investigate un-American activities in the United States.
The committee on Monday will begin open hearings which are expected to last a full week. Its members will then review the material it has gathered and will prepare a report and recommendations as to legislation designed to correct the evils uncovered.
Whether it will continue its investigations depends on the reception the House accords its request for further appropriations.
