Col. Frederick Kisch and Dr. Maurice Hexter, two of the triumvirate charged with the administration of the Relief Fund, are touring the North, inspecting the devastated quarters of Safed and other places. Charles Passman, of the Relief Fund, has commenced work on behalf of the triumvirate.
