An Arab official of the post-office, who had been suspected of the stabbing of Dr. Abraham Ticho, the noted oculist who was attacked last November, has furnished an alibi and has been discharged. While Dr. Ticho is now on his way to Europe, the one who attacked him is still unpunished.
