Disciplinary proceedings against Landrat Gilsa of the District of Kirschhain Kassel, were ordered by the Prussian Ministry of the Interior with a view to impeaching him, according to a report of the Ullstein news agency.
Gilsa is accused of encouraging the fighting Hakenkreuzler groups to hold meetings every night for military training. The impression is prevalent that these steps were preparatory to the perpetration of an Hakenkreuzler Putsch.
