The situation of world Jewry was discussed today at a joint secret session of the committee of Jewish delegations and representatives of the American Jewish Congress.

The conference heard a report by Dr. Nahum Goldmann, newly appointed Geneva representative of the World Zionist Organization. Among the chief topics discussed was the question of when and where to convoke a world Jewish congress, which the World Zionist Congress had approved in a resolution.
