Discussions on the development scheme for Palestine started on April 22nd. both in London and at Jerusalem, it is announced in an official statement communicated by the Colonial Office to the Jewish Telegraphic Agency to-day.
The discussions in London, the statement proceeds, are being conducted with the Jewish Agency by an Inter-Departmental Committee appointed by the Government; those at Jerusalem with the Ara bleaders by the High Commissioner.
