Disenfranchisement of East European Jews Asked in Austria

A demand that East European Jews who were naturalized after the World War be deprived of their citizenship on the ground that they are “detrimental” to Austria’s economic system was voiced yesterday by the official organ of the Vaterlandischen Front, veterans’ organization. The fact that the citizenship was obtained during the Social Democratic regime is also cited.
