Disorderly Conduct Charges Dropped Against Jdl Leader and Four Other Adults

Rabbi Harold Novoseller, head of the local Jewish Defense League, has vowed that his group will continue its efforts “to obtain law and order in the schools of Philadelphia.” His statement was issued after charges of disorderly conduct against him and four adults were dismissed several days ago by Municipal Court Judge John J.Poserlna. The charges against the five adults and four juveniles followed a demonstration they staged June 15 In the Leeds Junior High School offices. The case of the four youths is still pending In juvenile court here.
