A car load of relief supplies sent by Jewish organizations in Sweden to Jews in Poland arrived here today and was immediately relocated to Warsaw. It contained mainly cases of condensed milk.
Another freight car, containing clothing, is being held here for a short time until some of the articles can be unloaded for use by Polish Jews in the Soviet Union. The remainder will then be shipped to Warsaw.
A film depicting the tragedy of the Ukrainian Jews during the German occupation is now being shown simultaneously in ten Moscow theatres. Entitled “The Invintibles.” it is based on a novel by the young writer I. Gorbatow. It was made at studies in Kiev and stars some of Russia’s best known actors and actresses.
