The Israel Museum here, in cooperation with the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York, has created a new toy with an archaeological theme. The first shipment of 100 has been sent to New York. The kit contains a model of an ancient jar and instructions for painting it in the styles of the cultures of those days. According to the instructions, the child is to paint the jar, break it, and restore it like a modern archaeologist with the ceramic glue provided.
