New house, publisher of the Long Island Press and the Staten Island Advance, and Dr. Nathan Settel, professor at the Polyclinic Post-Graduate Medical School and an authority on diseases of the ear, nose and throat, arrive today on the liner Aquitania. Dr. Settel has been studying methods used in Vienna, Prague, Carlsbad and Innsbruck.
