Over one million persons, resident in Roumania, are in the position of “men without a country”, according to the figures compiled by Roumanian officials in the national census just completed, reports from Bucharest state.
The reports add that the Roumanian authorities have already begun the expulsion of what they term undesirable elements among those residents who have not been given Roumanian citizenship.
