The first municipal trade school in Tel Aviv will be established with special funds donated by a Russian Jew named Pernikoff, according to a decision adopted by the munipality today.
Mr. Pernikoff, now a resident of Paris, has notified the municipality that he will cover the cost of building such a school as a memorial to his father. He will also aid in the maintenance of the school.
