Dov Joseph, Minister of Supply and Rationing in Israel, arrived here this morning by air as a special representative of the Israel Government to address the National Conference of the Christian Committee of the United Jewish Appeal at Washington next week-end.
Mr. Jacob Sincoff, national co-treasurer of the U.J.A., today returned from a month’s visit to Israel where he studied the situation in the immigrant camps. He will embark shortly on visits to major cities in the United States to report his findings.
