DP children who have frequently been neglected, while the Red Cross arranged parties and entertainment for German children, are to be extended equal facilities, the regional Red Cross office ruled today.
In a directive sent out to local supervisors, Regional Director Gordon Runo included a list of all DP camps and the number of children in each and instructed the supervisors to contact the camps.
