A member of the American Jewish Committee since its inception in 1906, Dr. Cyrus Adler yesterday completed five years as president of the organization. Elected in 1929 to succeed the late Louis Marshall, Dr. Adler has been at the helm of the Committee during the most turbulent years of contemporary Jewish history.
